Biography

After finishing a combined Adult & Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Fellowship in 1994, Dr. Sran started her practice, Allergy and Asthma Associates, PA, in Hickory North Carolina. She has practiced there since and later joined the Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center family in 2018.  Her philosophy has always been to treat every patient as she would want her family members to be treated.  Dr. Sran does this daily by showing much compassion and respect to her patients and also by staying up-to-date on the leading medical knowledge in her field.  As an allergist, she is committed to educating patients and imparting current information so that they can have better control of their allergic conditions and an improved quality of life.

Dr. Sran is a member of American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, American College of Allergy and Immunology, Southeastern Allergy Society, North Carolina Allergy Society, North Carolina Medical Society, and Catawba County Medical Society.

She has Hospital Privileges at Frye Regional Medical Center and Catawba Valley Medical Center

Dr. Sran is married to Dr. Robert Boyd and they have 2 children. In her free time she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking and tennis.
