The Cornelius branch of Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center is designed to be convenient for individuals who are living or working north of the Charlotte metro area who don’t want to drive into Charlotte for treatment. While still close to the Charlotte metro area, our Cornelius office is north of the city near I-77, close to Davidson College and beautiful Lake Norman. Due to our location, we welcome those from Huntersville and other cities north of Charlotte.

Four asthma and allergy care providers are staffed at our Cornelius facility. They are Julia W. Parkhurst, MS, PA-C; William P. Lavietes, MD; Emily W. Langley, MD; and J. Gray Norris, MD. All our Cornelius physicians specialize in allergy and asthma diagnosis and treatment. For example, Dr. Parkhurst studied at the Baylor College of Medicine and Wake Forest University and specializes in both allergy and asthma care. Her expertise could be instrumental in helping you create a management plan for your symptoms. Dr. Langley treats adults and children.

Here at our Cornelius office, you can count on care for the whole family. You may stop into our office five days a week from Monday through Friday for appointments to diagnose or manage food allergies, skin allergies, insect allergies or other concerns with our specialists. You may also schedule allergy shots at our Cornelius location. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with an hour closure, then 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., giving you two timeframes each day to prioritize your health.
