Madi Mott, PA-C, MMS, BS

Madi Mott, PA-C, was born and raised in Gladstone, Oregon. She earned her undergraduate education at North Idaho College in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Health Sciences from Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida. Throughout college, Madi was a dedicated student-athlete, competing in collegiate softball and helping her team win two national championships during her time at North Idaho College.

After graduating, Madi gained valuable clinical experience as a medical scribe in family medicine before joining Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center (CAAC) as a medical assistant. During her time at CAAC, she developed a passion for becoming a physician assistant through working alongside experienced PAs and physicians while also volunteering at a Charlotte hospice house, where she deepened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Madi went on to earn her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest University School of Medicine, graduating in 2026. After becoming a nationally-certified physician assistant, she was excited to return to the CAAC team.

Madi is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients by listening carefully to their concerns, providing personalized education, and partnering with them to achieve their health goals. She is grateful for the opportunity to care for the same community she previously served as a medical assistant and looks forward to reconnecting with many of the patients she had the privilege of getting to know during her two years at CAAC.

Outside of work, Madi enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, spending time with family, and exploring the outdoors. She looks forward to learning how to play golf next year.
