Tina Grue NP-C graduated from UNC-Charlotte in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She worked as a pharmacy technician while she obtained her BSN from UNCC. After graduating from nursing school in 2007, she spent several years as a Clinical Coordinator on an Intermediate Critical Care Unit. Later, Tina chose to step down in 2012 to pursue her Master’s degree at UNC Wilmington in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. While in school, Tina worked in the ICU at CHS Union. She graduated in December of 2016 from UNCW and began working at Carolina Asthma and Allergy Center after completing a preceptorship with the company. Tina is also a Certified Asthma Educator and enjoys teaching her patients about asthma and allergies.
Tina loves spending time with her family and has her two daughters, two dogs, and two hamsters. In her free time, she enjoys spin classes, kickboxing classes, and mountain biking.
